From snacks to naps, dress-up to show and tell, this series highlights the unpredictable nature of children in a daycare setting. Series is broken into two seasons that follow two different sets of children.

Young hosts Shemar, Briana and Lemar break down the routine and teach the audience how to perform the hip-hop dance steps shown in the music video, motivating through humour, great music and moves (including popping and locking).

Each episode involves three fun physical movements, with a finale in which all three dares are combined into a fitness medley.
