Comfortable in either hardhat or heels, Karen Sealy creates accessible designs and provides tips and tricks for any vacation homeowner. Each episode transports viewers to a unique community to meet vacationers with a dilemma. While they love and appreciate having a summer home, their spaces are often in need of updates in order to accommodate modern needs and designs. And like most people with a second home they are on a tight budget. Karen arrives on the scene with an assortment of clever and frugal solutions for creating functional, practical designs that incorporate kids, pets and multi-generations.
