About Camilla

Camilla joined Picture Box Distribution in the spring of 2006 as Manager of Operations. In early 2007, her role expanded to include Australasian Sales, and in 2010 she took on the Middle East, Israel and African territories.

Camilla’s career in the television industry began in 2001 at Sullivan Entertainment where she worked as Distribution Coordinator for Television and Home Video Sales, providing sales support and managing the delivery of broadcast materials to international clients.  At Sullivan, Camilla learned the ins-and-outs of the operations end of television program distribution.

In 2002, Camilla joined Alliance Atlantis’ Entertainment marketing group as International Traffic Coordinator.  It was here that Camilla developed her strong project management skills, as she coordinated the preparation and management of all trade market and festival materials, including the delivery of film prints to international film festivals.  Camilla learned a great deal about the behind the scenes work that goes into market and festival preparation, as well as the international shipping procedures that are integral to operations management.

Camilla left Alliance Atlantis and joined CCI Entertainment for a short time as Traffic Controller, where she managed the creation and delivery of broadcast materials for international clients.  In 2004, Camilla joined Nelvana Enterprises as Materials and International Deliveries Coordinator. There she created and delivered materials to international broadcasters.

The culmination of this experience brought her to Picture Box Distribution in 2006.  Camilla’s substantial behind the scenes experience in television distribution provided her with the knowledge and skills for a smooth transition into Picture Box’s sales team.  Camilla attends the major television trade markets, such as MIPTV and MIPCOM, and maintains strong relationships with all of Picture Box Distribution’s clients.
